Sometimes i don't have time to eat my lunch meal which is the biggest meal during the day.
So is it OK to eat it when comeback home at 7-8 pm instead of 2-3 pm ?

It should be fine IMO.
Is there a way you can break it into snacks that you could munch on instead?0
