i know there is a rule in the healthy world says 1-2 pounds / week is the goal for weight loss

but

when u are obese or morbidly obese is it count ?

before u start the diet , u ate 6000 calorie/day of junk and then u eat 1500-2000 calorie/day of healthy food with workout inested of yr lazy past

u will loss more than 6 pound/week .

is it still healthy way to lose weight or not ?

You will always loose more weight in the begining, especially going from a "lazy lifestyle" to being active. If you are eating right and exericsing and feeling good then you're doing good. If you are nervous about the amount you are loosing, call your doctor and double check with them that it is a healthy plan. Sometimes very obese people need to go on specialized plans so they don't risk their health while they're loosing. If that's the case, have your doctor refer you to a nutritionist for help.

Really obese people will lose more per week in the early stages. It's perfectly normal and healthy. Eventually, it will taper down to 1-2 lbs per week.

You can lose at about -20 to -40% TDEE for about 2 weeks but youll want to slow down once all the water weight is gone.
Going to fast will burn off lean mass if you dont know what you are doing.

Walk daily for about 20-30 mins after dinner and lift weights 3 times a week and youll ace this course.
