If you put a half cup of orange juice into the pan with the chicken as it roast, it will steam and help keep the chicken moist without adding a sweet taste to the chicken.

I bought a button down shirt from J Crew because it was on sale, when I first got it in January it was too tight on the hips for me to even open my suit jacket but yesterday I wore it and fit absolutely fine!

Sugar, fat, salt and carbs are addictive - literally. They alter the way that you're brain works and therefore its in the best interest of the food company try and get you addicted to their products. It's all about money.

I have a large frame and according to charts, anything under 150 would be pushing it for me but I definitely think that it depends on how you carry you're weight.

Don't give up! I lost a lot of weight focusing only on dietary changes but exercising will help with increasing your endurance and helping with blood flow.

When I was larger I focused on exercises that did not hurt me as much - mostly swinging the kettle bell. When done properly, the kettle bell can be a highly effective weight loss tool for the entire body

Clothes, I know people have said it but it is absolutely demoralizing to avoid most stores because you cannot fit anything in them. Dating, putting on weight has made me lose my confidence and that is soooo unattractive. So I'm ready to get back into the dating scene hopefully by this summer with another 5 lbs lost.
