  • It's most likely muscle definition. If you think about it, there's more muscles over your chest and hips then your waist which is basically fat over intestines. If you're seeing ab definition or toned limbs, it's all good. You seem to be on the right track.
  • I'm doing the water and lemon cleanse too but after I finish all my protein shakes. It seems like a good stepping stone before I try anything hardcore.

  • Starting weight April 1 119 lbs April 8th 116 lbs April 15 hoping to be 113. (I'm close and going to the gym today.)
  • My gym playlists has mostly pop and rock not only in English but also Japanese, Korean, and Cantonese/Manderin since I like the beat of the music even if I don't understand the language. The English artists are mostly Far East Movement, Beyonce, Eminem, Rhianna, whatever's on the radio currently etc. I prefer watching TV…
  • this is my current leg slimming workout. twice a day or more whenever you can fit them in. 20 squats 30 lunges 40 toe touches 50 sec wall sit against a wall, knees flexed 90 degrees 100 sec jumping jacks 50 sec wall sit against a wall, knees flexed 90 degrees 40 toe touches 30 lunges 20 squats
  • I snack 30-45 mins before a workout, usually fresh fruit or half a sandwich. Then I drink a Slimfast afterward within 30 mins. I time me workouts so I usually won't have large meals before or after my exercise within 2 hours so I don't feel like I'm stuffing my face and making my body burn less fat cals.

  • Instant oatmeal, Larabars, fresj fruit, Slimfast Rich chocolate Royale, and the Nature Valley granola bars are my staple for school days.
  • I'm 5'2" and I started at 129 lbs about 4 weeks ago. Currently at 119 lbs. Keep at it and persevere. My goal weight has always been 100 lbs but I've never managed to get below 108 lbs. This time things will change.
