I would say just watch your snacking and if you do have to go out check out where you might be going online first so you can find a healthy option that will work for you. I find I work out in the wee hours of the morning and that works well for me before the kiddos get up, so just find a time that works for you. I hope…

I had a bunch of chocolate eggs, they are my downfall, we had left overs from hiding them from the kids, I put them in the garbage this morning lol. I need to make it to my goal of 160lbs by May 1st. We all have cravings and sometimes we cave and sometimes we don't but the point is to get back at it and don't beat yourself…

That is amazing you look awesome :drinker:

I have done a lot, cut out most of the junk in my diet especially pop. I get up at 5 monday to friday and do my workout before I get the kids up, then the walk to school and back, and if I have extra energy I do a lap or two walking fast around the grave yard. I still have a snake every night which I make sure I put in a…

I think my new favorite thing came the other day while the kids and I were playing tag and I actually our ran them, and they were asking for a rest before me which felt great, I love to be about to run with them and not feel like I am going to have a heart attack lol.

I would have to agree, I know that it's hard but it is really mind over matter. You could do squats, lunges, jump rope etc at your desk instead of sitting for most of the day. Pace while your on the phone, I know you will probably feel silly but who cares this is something for you. Oh and the jump rope is with an imaginary…

That's great to push yourself. Don't worry you will be able to lift more weight soon enough, don't rush it because you could injure yourself. Keep up the great work.

I thing that I found really helpful was to take a picture of yourself every couple of months and then you can photo shop them beside each other that really helped me see the difference. Your weight loss is great keep up the awesome job.

I am also a stay at home mom, my 2 boys are in school and my daughter is still at home. Working out with kids is hard but doable, and I think you are doing great for wanting to get healthy and do good for yourself and your kids. I started at 270lbs and am now down to 181lbs. I find that I get up before they do and get my…

What I meant by the bolded part was that crossfit didn't actually make me lose any fat, just gain muscle. What if you tried a different type of workout that's main focus is on thighs and butt? Check some out one youtube and see if there is one that looks like it would keep you interested. It doesn't hurt to switch things…

Okay well I see that people aren't really understanding what I meant. The sabatage I am talking about is not just with food, and I guess that it would most likely be called mind game. When he buys junk food that I know that he doesn't like but that I love when I have asked him many times not to I call that sabatage. I have…

I always do my workout on an empty stomach, I'm in it for weight loss but my husband is in it for muscle gain, and he usually ends his workout with 15mins of cardio ( usually the treadmill ) . A really good move that I have learnt for the mid section is the russian twist, it works your core like crazy. Maybe you just need…

Well, it all started at my sons soccer practice, when the coach decided to have parents vs kids, and after about 10 mins I'm huffing and puffing and feeling like my heart is going to beat out of my chest. My little boy come up to me and say " common mom we have to get the ball", I did go with him well more dragging behind…

I found with my own food addiction that reading in my "bad" times of the day really helped, and moving or getting rid of your trigger foods. Because I have kids I do keep treats in the house but I try to keep them in a spot that I don't go to in my bad times. I find it is about starting a different habit other then eating.…

I am 5'4 and I now weigh 195, I am a stay at home mom but I do stay very busy, I walk to kids back a forth to school 30 mins total in the morning and after school. And honestly I have never heard of a food scale where can you get one? And I will go open my diary.

I do my workout monday to friday and then take the weekends off to give my body some healing time, and I know I need it this week as my body is super sore.
