I don't mean to vent but I could really use some encouraging words this month. I have had a crappy month and am finding myself not working out very much and not eating that great, so I am asking if you could please say some thing to help pump me up and get me back in the grove. calories
I have been on my fitness pal for a while now, and since I have lost so much weight my calories keep going down. It is okay during the week because I do my workouts and what not, but on the weekends I don't do it and it is saying only 1200 calories, is this normal? I am 5'4 and at 164lbs now. Thank you.

made it to the 100 mark

I just have a quick question. If your normal goal calories is 1250 and you do your exercise and burn 700 calories are you still supposed to stick to your goal of 1250 calories?
