I just have a quick question. If your normal goal calories is 1250 and you do your exercise and burn 700 calories are you still supposed to stick to your goal of 1250 calories?

You're supposed to eat your exercise calories back so you net 1250. Or at least eat most of them, some people eat back slightly less than 100% as the MFP database and exercise machines can overestimate.0
