I have been working out now for about 71/2 months, and have lost 89lbs. I have a question for women that have had kids, I have this sort of droopy pouch on my lower stomach that I am wondering if it will go away? I know I have good abs under the fat that is left but I am not sure if that pouch will go away. Just wondering if anyone else has delt with this?

If it's just stretched skin the liklihood is that there is not much you can do about it, except surgery. Others may have a different expereience though.

This. It's mainly genetics. Do stretchmarks run in your family? If yes, then as you lower your body fat percentage, it will shrink, but it may never "tighten up" completely. (Mine didn't, and I'm at 17-18% BF. I have about 5x2 inches across my lower abs that isn't going anywhere without surgery, and I had a PS look at it. It's all skin. In clothes, even a bikini, my tummy looks completely flat.) If you don't have a family history of stretchmarks, then you have some hope, but you can't spot reduce. You need to lower your overall body fat percentage.

Either way, the best results will come from a progressive lifting program combined with paying attention to your macros and calorie intake to fuel such a workout. Best of luck!
