two years ago I did the MRC program and lost 28 pounds. I've felt fortunate that I have only gained between 3-5 pounds back since but, can't seem to get the scale to go down more (always trying). Anyway, just this week someone asked if it made me mad that I did "that program and gained all of the weight back". I was a…

1300 is way under the 1800 even your Dr. recommended. Agree with the comment on switching up the routine...might help.

As of this morning -- still waiting for some reduction. NOT upset because I know I didn't eat the 14,000 extra calories....just shocked it is hanging on so long. There is quite a bit of advise on here -- good luck with trying the options and finding something that works for you!!!

I did MRC about 2 years ago. I lost 28 pounds....it took me quite awhile. Primarily because I like to excercise and I wasn't getting enough food. I kept off 26 pounds but that is with a lot of fluctuation. You have to remember it isn't a diet bit a life change. I am now trying MFP so I can eat and excercise but, the scale…

Yep -- drink tons of water -- 90+ oz per day. I also drink Crystal Lite at night when I get home. I am measuring, even try to put in my bites when they happen.
