I'm on week 5 right now. Week 4 was upsetting because I gained 2. This week I lost the 2 I gained, plus 0.4 more. So I'm on until the end of the year before I make any major decisions.

Oh, imagine the Simple Setup tab not there, the TDEE Deficit tab by itself was long form, new tab is short form at least.
But you do have to have your shoebox of receipts, or stats, for best results.0 -

Made an update on the Simple Setup tab.
Instead of making you go to the Macros tab to fill in details to get common recommendations, I just included the instructions as to what to change and what the values are for you based on your LBM if you entered a BF%, or goal weight if you did not.0 -
