calories in versus out
I am trying to clean up my eating and while I am stuffed my calorie count is very low. Ex....today, I hate all three meals and a protein bar (processed I know) but, my calories are only at 1240 - 529 (FB) = 711 net. I've been netting 1200-1400. If I am full do I need to keep eating?

Strength Training Question
When doing strength training 2-3 times per week do you make sure you do it for X amount of time or that you do X number of excercises for a good workout? Example -- do you do it for 30 minutes or do you do 8 different excercises for 3 sets each of 8-12 repititions or 2 sets with 20 repitions each?

how to calculate calories?? really?
So, by reading a lot of posts I am to calculate my TDEE less 15% to determine how many calories I can eat each day. My weight is 164, height 5'2, moderate excercise (3-5 per week). TDEE is 2221 - 15% (333) = 1888 so to lose weight I should be able to eat 1800 calories a day? For someone that has a difficult time justifying…

Spinning Class
The "spinning" automated calories loaded in MFP indicates a 45 min session is only 400+ calories. I've always heard a spinning class is more like 800+ calories. Does anyone know since you can't measure it on the bike?

has anyone used a machine called "wave". The motion is similar to skiing. I'm wondering if the calories can be relied upon -- they seem to add up very quickly and while it is a very good workout I want to make sure the calories noted as burned are realistic.
