Calorie distribution

Calorie distribution - carbs / fat / protein How important is it to hit the recommended distribution of your calorie intake. I have no problem with meeting fats, exceeding protein but, struggle with getting enough carbs.

    Doing it as you describe is fine provided your gym performance is good. If you're going to be a bit under in a macronutrient, carbs would be the one to choose assuming you can still perform/function.
