You can add it to any baking (breads, muffins, even cookies, pancakes, etc). I add 1/2 cup to my chocolate chip banana bread recipe. Do you drink smoothies? You can add it there too. Really, you can add it to anything!

Agreed! And that's what I need to master! Bread and cheese are my downfall, not to mention chocolate!!

Here's my rough schedule: 6:30 AM breakfast 9 AM snack 11:30 PM lunch 2 PM snack 5 PM dinner 7:30 PM snack (sometimes) I eat small meals frequently to avoid drops in blood sugar, being super hungry and then overeating. I too have a desk job.

Try running at a slower pace... over time you will speed up and eventually not have to take walk breaks!
