I hate the planks! I cannot do the walk-out position and have to get on my knees to start... for now. I love the skating move. Today was my first day on Level 2 and I pray I can make another day :laugh: Much more difficult for me, but worth it.

Today is an unplanned rest day. :sad: I will be fully recharged bright and early in the morning. Thanks to all of you! When I have weeks like this one and read your posts, it gives me just what I need to keep going!

Today would have been day 8 for me, but I took a rest day so I counted it as day 7. I'm just starting my fitness journey though so I feel I need all I can get :smile:

I took a rest day today because of working so much this week, I'm drained. I'm luckily off work tomorrow, so back on track and doing day 7 for me, level 1. Not giving up :smile:

Day 6 Lvl 1. I am finding that push ups are getting harder NOT easier. I keep going back to the modified push up...ugh! :smile:

I noticed it too, but I love how Anita's face looks when you know she's tired and doesn't want to do the next set of jumping jacks or butt kicks. I noticed that instantly since I didn't "want" to do them either.

Day 5 Level 1 done! I put in 10 hours at work today, so I'm really proud today for doing it when I got home since I wasn't able to fit it in this morning before work. Way to go everyone!!!!

I just finished Day 4 Level 1 for me. I have also read conflicting things regarding rest days, but my hope is to push through all 30 days. I will not kick myself, though, if I do end up needing a rest day. It was really hard to workout on day 3 because of soreness, but today I was able to push through a little easier.…
