Don't do it. Do something you do enjoy instead. I don't run because its boring (and my hamstrings are so tight you bounce a quarter off of them... Running hurts). So I do the arc trainer, dance, and go hiking because I enjoy it. Do whatever it is that you will stick to and actually do.

Yeah, the flour and frying is probably what did you in. Pork chops themselves, are not a bad meat source.

Lift 3 times a week and cardio 4 times... Usually the same days I lift plus one stand alone cardio session.

I personally like Jay Robb's egg white protein. But it can be expensive. NOW, Foods, BSN Dessert, and Optium Nutrtion are also good. Target has a good "generic" brand protein also.
