Hi friends....I came back. summer was great until it wasn't. My mother died unexpectedly in July. We are doing ok. JFT I will cling to my eating plan. Drink oodles of water, mostly because i'm sunburned. We are going roller skating tonight with tyler's school. I haven't skated in YEARS! might log, haven't decided yet.

@joan6630, eat something high in good fat. berries with heavy cream, full fat yogurt and berries, peanut butter. trust me on this. it helps.

I DID IT!! I DID IT!!!! I stayed on plan ALL WEEKEND!!!! i didn't log, but i only ate what was on my plan saturday and sunday. JFT 4/4 log swim a mile drink at least 60. although i'm not having to run so much today, so that's a relief. crochet group dinner tonight is at church, so it won't exactly be on plan. i'll do my best though.

mine, sadly has never adjusted. i drink 80 oz most days. i just have a bladder the size of a walnut.

JFT 4/3 log everything stay on my Always hungry plan--easy so far drink 80--30 down. I must have been holding water last week bc i've had to run to the restroom so much yesterday and today... yoga class! prep for tomorrow need to work on my scarf.
