  • I'm going to recommend C25K app as well. By the end you'll want to run. I started at home with a treadmill then would go outside. It's 30 min 3X a week. It really does work :) Good luck!
  • I have a coworker who just takes a tablespoon in her mouth followed by a glass of water. Gets them down quick without having to eat them slowly. I tried it, wasn't bad but, I can't do chia seeds.

  • I make any pasta salad recipe only instead of regular pasta I use the Barilla Plus pasta, it's in a yellow box. It has added protein and it doesn't taste bad (like the whole wheat ones). My kids can't tell the difference.
  • I get the not having time but, as someone else said, when you really want it, you'll make time. I have 3 boys 8,9,15 a husband and a full time job. I have to be at work at 7am the ONLY time I have is early morning I get up at 4:30am to make it work because that's how bad I want it.
  • Same here. I was just about to post about this. I'm so exhausted today, I could barely do today's insanity workout. I feel so weak. I'm thinking I'm not eating enough? I do get up really early to workout. 4:30am but I get to bed by 9:30-10pm

  • I had my surgery October of 2009 I've lost 78lbs since then. I'm still about 30lbs away from my goal. I've been the same weight now for about 2 years.   • I'm on week 1 day 4, I've heard day 5 is tough...kinda scared. My whole body feels like it's been hit by a truck. I'm exhausted. I have increased my calorie intake. It's hard to get them all in but I try to space out smaller meals and add snacks. Protein is key and water, have a hard time drinking enough!

  • I try to not deny myself of anything. A couple of bites of whatever I am craving usually satifies my need. But, occasionally on the weekends I will have a whole piece of that birthday cake or that candy bar. If you deny yourself daily, it will most likely lead you to a binge. Moderation is key.
