I love that bring me joy but at the same time make me sad as I then remember how I was with my soalmate of 33 years who I found in bed... he was only 49, he had a heart attack I miss him but I also sometimes remember all the funny things he used to do and it make me smile 😃.

Yes i'm not too fan of it but maybe its because I kind of feel sick and someone told me that its normal because I cut all the carbs well its for losing weight because I really don't feel good in my skin

Yes it true.... but I don't know if its possible that you have like an intolerance to carbs that even If you eat them and stay into your restricted calories you gain weight? and I not sure what I really need to eat as calories a day to lose weight I would like to lose 2 lbs a week at least

oh I did not know that .. she told me that I did not need to count them... but if find it hard because I find it way too much to eat 6oz. of chicken and the 2 hours or 3 after eat an other 6 oz. of fish with a salad.... more conventional like what would you suggest.

I do this for one day and then eat something quite similar for 2 days and then go back to one day ... and so on she say do this for a couple on month... ok... well I never log it manually it was my wristband that was doing it...but for some reason it wont log in my exercises into my fitness pal anymore... I not sure why anyone would know?
