Finishing up day 6 for me. I've been feeling awesome! I keep waiting to feel crappy, but it's not happening. My mood is better, my energy levels are more stable, and I swear my skin is smoother and clearer. I feel like my body really needed this change. Let's keep going!!! :happy:

^^^ YES!!!! This odd combo has been passed down from my grandpa to my mom to me. I prefer it on a Ritz cracker with a sweet pickle on top. So ridiculously unhealthy, but tastes delicious!

I struggle with this to, but these are options I take with me to work for snacking: cottage cheese, greek yogurt, almonds, egg muffins (bake scrambled egg whites in muffin tins with veggies and/or meat and reheat when you want to eat).

No, today was definitely out of the ordinary. I was in beast mode at the gym and burned a lot more than I normally do. I usually burn about 400-500 calories each day for exercise and then consume between 1300-1600 calories a day. Hey there, I just started logging my calories again and just started getting back into a workout routine with a goal to work out at least four times a week. I know what you mean about being motivated just by what others on here post. It really does help.
