  • I agree, I feel better throughout the day if I get that morning gym session in. I'm going to try the advice above and make it a goal to get up 15 mins early each time until I find that point that allows me to get a full workout in and still manage to get back to the house in time to get ready for work.

  • Prep work is definitely the key! Trying planning your meals out each week and go to grocery store for everything you need. I like to try to make meals a night ahead.   • I haven't been able to track yesterday and today. My poor 2 year old has strep and was so miserable! His fever spiked at 103.7 but is now back down. He's finally himself again tonight thanks to antibiotics! I should be back on track tomorrow! (as long as I don't catch it-my husband is pretty sure he's coming down with it)

  • I lost 1.5 lbs this week. Not a big loss, but I'll take it!! I'm hoping I'll be able to keep up with all the challenges and tracking points. There really is a lot of different things going on at once! Almost overwhelming.
