  • I made it to the gym this morning! It was such a struggle to get there though lol I made it there at 6:15. Getting out of my warm bed is hard, but the guilt of NOT going to the gym is even worse! Happy Friday everyone!

  • Thanks everyone! I appreciate the feedback! Sounds like I definitely need to shoot for the 1 lb a week goal to start with and focus on what I'm eating. I do get a little discouraged when I don't meet goals I think I should be able to meet, but I'll work on changing my outlook to long-term instead of short :)

  • Woohoo! My son is 7 weeks old and has been sleeping for 7 hours at night this past week. Such a relief for momma and dad! I'm looking forward to the morning I get to sleep in, as now he wakes between 530-6. Enjoy it while it lasts!
