Dannon Lite and Fit is the best! I don't love other greek yogurts, but I eat one of these almost every day. I usually add a little granola, but they're heaven without it, too.

I don't put in any creamer (sometimes a little almond milk), but often I just take black coffee and add a packet of No Added Sugar Swiss Miss and drink it like that. I find it quite delicious.

3/4 cups KashiGoLean crunch cereal 1 cup nonfat greek yogurt (I shop at Costco, so I have Kirkland) and no calorie sweetener This is 320 calories and is super yummy and filling :)
