I don't know why you're so full but maybe try higher calorie healthy food instead of low cal? Whole milk, red meat, full fat yogurt? I don't know, hopefully someone else knows more than me! Keep up the great work!

I am working out with a trainer twice a week and he usually makes me run/jog some. I am thinking I may add in the C25K program on my non-trainer days....is there an app for the phone that will tell me when to walk and when to run?

Yeah I have never really "wanted" to run. I have always been the one to say "only way you are gonna get me to run is if there is a big a**dog chasing me" but now that I have tried and I can't, it ticks me off. Guess I will just keep working on it!

What if I took an average of the two? For example, today I spent an hour on the elliptical and machine said 638 and MFP say 1106 when averaged is 872....
