  • Muesli and yoghurt for me, it takes me 1 minute to put into seperate containers, and then 20 seconds to smush it all up at work (I eat at my desk).

  • Perhaps look at it more than just losing weight, look at it as training and tuning your body to become a stronger machine to last longer (strengthen your organs such as heart and lungs etc). Exercise will make losing weight easier too :)
