Hi everyone! Just out of interest, on your feast days are you still trying to be within a low calorie goal?.....I'm starting tomorrow and aiming to have my feast days no more than 1200 cals. I figure I may have more sucess this way but thoughts welcome ;-)

Hi, No def no joint injury I've always had chunky knees, love your vw profile pic!! Made me smile. Yes they actually bulked up, not much just an inch but my thighs at smallest were 23" and went to 24" and although it made my calves firmer they also went up slightly but nothing changes knees I will try weights though, thank…

^^^^ agree completely Yes it's hard and so what if she gets halfway through and gives in or makes a stunning dress because she might have a talent. I would rather be ambitious and take on new ideas than never say 'yeah why not' Every credit to her and some of you (although you won't) should feel ashamed!

Hmm I haven't had a cheat day yet as I'm an all or nothing kinda of girl and one cheat may relax my attitude and will power. I'm only at 1200 as I'm only 5ft and all my past research seems to say petite people need to stay at the lower end. Are protein shakes not for guys who want to build up? Thanks

I can't see how facial exercises would work, my face isn't slim....or chubby but the amount of talking & laughing I do by rights I should look reallllllllly slim in my face ;-)

Thank you all for your replys, I didn't realise that the "in 5 weeks" bit would change as I lose weight. I've tried.....and failed many times to lose this weight but I'm Finally motivated ;)

Yes that's the case I'm afraid. Some attendants aren't as frequent but personally don't want the £30 fine.....that often doubles if not paid within x amount of days. Think of the walk as a warm up ;)
