Hi there,

I'm new to the board, 33 year old Pettit female 5.0ft and looking to lose 1 stone.....which appears to be hard. Because of my height my current weight is classed as overweight :-(

I'm a keen Atkins fan and just taken up running a d would live to hear firm like minded people :-)
