I watched on you tube superskinny verses supperfat. They had some information on Gastric Bypass. They said that you could not eat adult size meals and had to stay away from certain foods.

I have the same trouble. I find that if I am tired and having eaten much during the day I will binge in the evening. Prepare your meal ahead of time so you just have to warm it up.

You need to limit simple carbs. and fruit. White bread, pasta and rice all act like sugar in your body. Exercise will help and eat every four hours.
