Hey guys
i havent been on for ages due to no internet lol but really need some help
Ive done amazing with my diet and now im down from 12st 8lbs to 10st 10lbs. Ive dropped a jean size and my legs are looking fabulous. My body fat percentage is now in the healthy range for a woman and my BMI is really close to being healthy.
However, no fat has come off my stomach? I still look around 7/8 months pregnant and this is really worrying me. My main aim was to get rid of that horrible stomach fat.
Is there anything i could do or eat that would help get rid of it? Ive only got to lose 1.5st to get to my goal weight
xx

Yeah, belly fat can be a problem for a lot of people and it's generally the last to come off. Depending on what your diet consisted of and the exercise you are doing you might not have optimized your fat burning. I recommend that you consume anywhere from 1g/lb/lbm to 1.5g's.lb/lbm and add weight bearing exercise and lifting heavy with compound movement. this will protect your metabolism against muscle loss and more of the weight you do lose going forward will be mostly body fat. Core exercise might help to tone that area up.0

Belly fat usually is the last to go. Keep on keeping on an it will eventually leave.0

My upper legs and belly are far behind the rest of my body, so I feel your pain. Like everyone else will tell you, there's no such thing as spot removal, so you just gotta roll with the weight loss and let it do its thing.0

I agree, the tummy is the last place to get the hint! Also you could be bloated, maybe a gluten intolerance? Not saying thats what it is but something to think about... I had that trouble.
But the actual fat that hangs around the tummy is gross... go away already!!!!! Legs and everything else tone up great and the tummy just hangs around looking ugly.
I have been really blasting my tummy with exercise to build up the muscle in there, it doesnt make any less fat there but it sure helps to hold it in and up!!! Making for a better appearance, especially with clothes on!0
