Such a great post! Sounds alot like my life and attempts at weight loss. I have been successful before in the loss part, but so not in the maintaining part! With MFP, and the daily support and encouragement to give and get, I feel it is different this time!

I used canned great northern beans for our ham/beans/cornbread dinner the other nite and was shocked to see how much sodium was in them. Pushed me over for the day. Will be more aware from now on!

Love, love, love this store! We save $1.50 on a gallon of milk alone. Their oat-bran bread is really good and my entire family eats the fit and active protein bars. I have the shapers but only wear them when we take a walk, so I don't know how much improvement I can expect. Wearing them all day everyday would have to make quite the difference I'm sure!

I can't imagine all fruits would be "free". My love of bananas, at over a 100 calories a pop, would so get me into trouble!!

Love Kraft Light Three Cheese Ranch. My fav for salads and also for a raw veggie dip. I used to love Paul Newmans light honey mustard but the last bottle I bought was gross...don't know if they changed the recipe or if I just got a bad batch.

Here is an oldie but goodie from my WW days. Take a serving of lower fat cottage cheese and smash/smoosh it with a fork. Add a chopped up boiled egg or two to that along with some salt and pepper. You can even add some celery or celery salt. I don't even put it on bread most of the time, but rather just eat it with a fork.
