9 months post partum and still nursing & pumping. I've also heard that you burn about 500 calories a day breastfeeding. So I have been eating right around maintenance and it has been working for me. I find it really helpful to drink lots of water and eat lots of oatmeal to keep the supply up.

I love this idea- and I could start off at home in front of my own mirror. Genius!

Thanks, I do have a free session with a trainer at the gym, I should use it for that!

Ok I'll try not to compare. Not sure if they have smaller bars there or not but if so I may try warming up with that. Thanks!

I do oatmeal pretty much every day and lots of fats to try and keep my supply up. I'm thinking about starting at 1900 calories which is the 1400 MFP recommended + 500 extra. I think that's about the amount I'm eating now as I tracked my day which was 48 WW points and 1937 calories. I may need t try 1800 though bc my…

Hmm I pump 3x a day and get about 15-20 oz. Also nurse 3-4X a day in addition to pumping, I guess it would be the same so prob he drinks around 40 oz a day?

Thanks, I will try that

He is 8 months old.

I did pick 1 lb per week and it told me 1400, but I did not see where to indicate that I'm breastfeeding. Not sure how many calories to add in for that. That is a good suggestion for the macros, I like higher carb too.

It told me 1400 calories but I did not see where to indicate that I'm nursing as I know that uses more calories.

I have an 8 yr old and a 6 month old and I work full time. I am married but I handle the majority of the things for the children and around the house cleaning etc. It is so hard to find time for myself and so easy to feel guilty about doing so. My suggestion is to start with food at least. Taking some time to meal plan and…

Awesome job! How tall are you? What did you do?

Have you thought about tracking at maintenance for a month or so? Keep yourself in the habit of tracking and logging, but without the pressure of restricted calories. Maybe you could get some motivation by rewarding yourself for x amount of days of logging in and tracking? On a side note, do you know what caused your…

I am so sorry for what you're going through. I had 2 mc recently, one in July and then just last week. Not only does it throw you off emotionally but it wrecked havoc on my hormones and body too, especially the one in July as I was further along. That one really sent me into a spiral of emotional eating, and I'm still…

I've read all the pages in the thread and watched your videos on YouTube. So inspiring! I got a set of light weights and tried your beginners work out as well. Thank you for posting and motivating me! I'm 5'2 and working down from 206. You look fantastic and I'm hoping I can get down to that size by the end of 2017!

I just got the chocorite protein shake and I love it. 150 cal for two scoops and 20g protein, only 3 net carbs. The yellow cake flavor is really good.

Omg 1100 a drink? I have been on 1200 a day!

Thanks everyone, I think I will put my focus more on trying to be a little active each day and just work harder when I get home :) I probably can make some healthier choices in food, but I think it's the free drinks that are going to do me in.

Chewing gum does it for me.
