HAHAHAHA!!!! I have not had to unbutton a pair of jeans or any bottoms for that matter, EVER, that I can remember! I get so frustrated that everything slides down or rolls down!! Oh how I want a waist!

Thanks Everyone! I thought I was a loner. LOL This is the first time I've actually tracked inches instead of weight alone. How often should you re-measure yourself?? I weigh in once weekly, but figured that was too often for measurements.

I googled "office workouts" for this the other day and found numerous websites with different ideas and/or workout plans. I sit at a desk for 8 hours, no lunch, nothing, so I have to find a way to try to do something, plus it pushes me thru the tired feelings that hit midday!

My highest weight was 298, I got down to around 240 and then fell off trying. I've slowly tried to get back on track and last week I was down to 216, hopefully another one or two pounds fell off this week. Anyone can add me! I know I need motivation!!

I understand that, LIFE got in my way today too, with a "short" meeting that ran hours over. I'm going try to get a couple brisk walks in and a stability ball workout while at work tonight. I do have some soreness from L1D1, but not to the extent that I thought, I'm ready to do it, dang it LIFE!!

That's exactly the problem I'm running into, it's like every other day or so I end up over my calorie goal based on traditional meal schedules. Especially when I get off on my "Friday" at 0700 hrs, then I've ate some over night but it's also my first day off with my family so it seems to peak that day, but I also don't get…

How does everyone log their food at the odd hours? When you come to work is that breakfast or when you first get up even though it might be 3 pm...

I did it!!! L1D1 is done! I'm a little bit behind the group but still pushing ahead! I'll get measurement and pics done tomorrow, I only had time to do the video tonight and didn't want to put it off another day!!

I also work shift work, 11pm-7am Monday thru Friday.
