Thanks for the info! I hate cardio too :p I love lifting! And though I haven't lost much weight yet from lifting doing another program, I saw inches lost. I'm hoping this one will help me lose weight, as long as I stick to the meal plan (I don't trust myself eating on my own, I need the structure)

What other program have you been doing? I've been lifting weights for a while and I find the beginning of the program to be a little bit below my usual level because I am usually working out more days a week and for longer. How much weight/inches did you lose? I like her food plan a lot, I like how well she's laid it out.

Thanks for all of the info! I'm 5'2" and I usually work out 4-6 times a week for about 30-60 minutes. And what would be a goal weight that is too low? I wanted to get to 135-130 and I'm 5'2, I'm hoping thats not too low. I know I will weigh more if I'm building muscle along the way so I don't want to get down lower than…

I started the shred before over the summer, but didn't finish because I found it too repetitive! I am trying it again though, because of the great results i've seen others achieve and because its only 20 minutes. I do it along with turbofire and yoga to improve flexibility :) feel free to add me!
