Thanks for your help. I appreciate it. Just want to be clear...when I cook using olive oil (something I never do, because I was trained that fat is not good), do I use moderation? I know that seems like a silly question, but I am seriously unsure. Thanks again.

I know it is difficult, but don't do this. I use to, and it drove me crazy. You eat, drink, use the bathroom, etc, and you WILL fluctuate. You will be heavier in the evening, so why torture yourself. Just try it once or twice a week. The only one can break yourself of the habit is you! :) Good luck.

I can only talk from my personal experience and impressions. I starved myself for YEARS....I was hospitalized for it. I also just had my levels check...Thyroid is okay. B-12 is extremely low. Doctor wants to do a few more tests to see if I have a deficiency. Could that be doing it too?

We have all been there! Don't beat yourself up, and don't think all is lost-it isn't. I assure you that you haven't gained your weight back. Just start again, and move forward. You can do it. :)
