I too was worried about not knowing how to use the machines. But the staff and other members at the gym were all very helpful and friendly. Not to mention that most machines have diagrams on how to use them and they are also pretty helpful

Take one day @ a time. Remember if you make a mistake there is always tomorrow. Don't be to hard on yourself. And start logging everything. It really is an eye opener

I have been on here for about 15 weeks and am at 38 lbs lost. I found that some weeks it was a 2lbs or more other weeks it was less. I had a week or so when I stopped counting calories and just let things be. It was not planned and am now on track again with approx 2lbs a week. Good Luck :)

Try eating foods with more fiber. Broccoli, Sweet Potatoes, Lentils apples But 1200 is the min amount the MFP recommends. I am at 1270 a day before my work out calories and I sometimes have to add extra snacks in.

I just grabbed The Drop10 Diet from my local library when I was in there it was just staring me in the face :) It's pretty interesting it list some "super" foods that you can eat that will add it helping you feel full but not fill up your calories. The tag line on the cover is "Add to Your Plate to Lose the Weight" I also…

Well according to that site my ideal weight range is 158 - 173.8 lbs. I am trying to lose 40lbs which would but me to 195 for now. When I get there I will see at which point in this range I want to be
