I use two tablespoons of the So Delicious Vanilla coconut creamer with 1 teaspoon of sugar (the creamer is sweet so that is all the sugar I need to add). Total calories for one cup is only 55 calories.

You can do it! I just rejoined after feeling like I have been slacking. I want to drop 7 lbs. I recently put back on a few but I want to lose those few plus a few more. I could use some motivating friends as well. Today is my second day back.

Fresh herbs of all kinds. They are really easy to grow in pots. I grow my own basil, oregano, mint, thyme, rosemary, and stevia.

I love balsamic and olive oil (2:1) with crushed garlic and coarse ground pepper with a dash of kosher salt. I would let the mix sit in the fridge for at least an hour to let the garlic infuse into the mix. Also, if you want to have store-bought back ups, try Newmann's Own Lite Low-fat Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing.

Thanks for listing! I will definitely have to try the cereal. I have tried the noodles and I just cannot handle the texture. One of my favorite low-cal snacks is air popped popcorn and I squeeze some lemon juice over it and sprinkle some chili/lime spice over it. THREE cups of air popped popcorn have only 93 calories!!!
