I am in! I am 155 want to be 135, Weight train 4 days a week, interval cardio, track food and calories. Staying around 1500 on workout out days, lower on rest days. 0/20

Wed. Kickboxing= 6 Thurs. 4.6 mile run, vigours ciruit training one hour= 10.6 Friday. 4.4 mile run, mixed cardio 4,= 8.4 Saturday mixed cardio 4=4 Sun 0 Mon 0:sad: Tues 5 mile run, spin class 6= 11 Total:40:smile:

Aprilstar, today i did 4.6 miles on treadmill and than a circuit weight class for an hour. I havent gone to that website yet so i dont know how to convert the circuit class. Lets win this challenge!:wink:

The run went great, i still have a love hate relationship with it. I didnt buy any workout clothes yesterday, but I did get certified to teach spin classes today! :love:

My cousin jamiegephart might still be in. She logged in today reporting a five pound weight loss! I forgot to weigh myself today. I can weigh tomorrow or just repost my last week weight. Thx aprilstar on taking over. We just have three weeks to complete challenge. :wink: we can finish with a loss instead of a gain!

Thanks aprilstar. I just watched the last show. It looks like one month left. I am pretty much at the beginning again. I am going to try and lose 8 pounds this month. ( that means I need to be really really strict with my eating no white flour or sugar!) holidays a love/hate relationship. Back in the saddle:happy:
