  • I did the challenge this week. plank just over a min. wall sit two min, and arm a few seconds with weights. Modify if you need to, remember we get points if you attempt it. Good Luck this week.
  • Ok, i did this challenge after a hour full body circuit. Plank 75 seconds. Wall sit 2 mins, my legs were burning. Arm exetensions i coulnt even do it for a couple of seconds so I dont know if I was doing it wrong or just really weak.

  • I finally did the challenge today I did run app.50 Yards 10 pushups 3 pt Run 50 yards 5 v ups 3 pt And repeated it 8 times I also did some toning with weights for chest, tricep, and abs, and ran 4.5 miles.
