Welcome to my world! I'd really like suggestions too because I work and go to school full time. Sometimes I'm awake for almost 2 days at a time. I usually just throw in a workout at the end of my day because it needs to be done. On the bright side, working out gives you more energy.

Oh yes!! My fiance, in attempts to make me eat healthy, would pack me a grilled chicken salad to take to work. Little did he know that I essentially have a small convenience store in the trunk of my car (hidden where my spare tire should be...). I had oreos, chocolate, cheetos, and who knows what else. In addition, it…

Hi there!! I'm 23 from SoCal. I havn't tried a specific diet. What I have done is cut out all the fast food, chips, cookies, pastries and soda. That by its self made me lose like 30 pounds or so. For me though, I have to exercise A LOT! Mostly because I have a huge appetite. I find that its easier for me to not go over my…

Hahaha!! This is my third time. It seems lie every time I get close to my goal weight I lose motivation. I'd love to help support you through the rest of you journey if you want to add me. In any case, good luck this time around!!

I can always use the motivation!! Add me!

3 for sure. I was doing great when I had someone around to workout with and who understood the dietary changes I was implementing.

I keep an hold picture of me at my heaviest weight posted right next to my bed. I wake up to seeing how out of control I got every morning. I also post a current picture right next to it so I can actually see how far I've come.

My starting goal was 100. I started at 235, got down to 155 last summer and then started working on another degree in college and starting gaining it back. I think I'm somewhere around 190. Still trying to get down to 135 and hit that hundred pound mark. Feel free to add me!!!!

This thread makes me seriously miss this place by my house called Frosted. The things I would do for a strawberry cupcake.....

I could definitely use the support. Most of my friends are thin, so they don't understand the whole weight loss thing. Basically they think I'm nuts for logging every single thing I eat. Feel free to add me so we can motivate one another!!

Count me in for sure!!!! My birthday is around the new year and I'd like to look good enough to go out and have fun without feeling self conscious. Good luck everyone!!!

Maybe it was the salad! I felt fine until I loaded up on a really big salad. I basically ate a whole bag of the premixed salad greens with a little bit of chicken. That's weird though... I've never heard of anyone getting nauseous off of salad.
-
I don't think I over did it during my workout. I didn't start feeling ill until 6 hours later. Then after about two-three hours of random nausea I felt fine. Its kinda random. I felt fine during my workout (other than the usual 'holy crap, I can't breath' feeling). As for hydration I think By that point I had already had 3…

I don't think it was the workout. I got home from the gym around noon and didn't start feeling like I was going to throw up until about 6pm (I work a 12 hour night shift, so this was on my way to work). I know the muscle stiffness is from the workout. That I can live with.

I bought the drumstick ice cream pack from Costco and ate over half the box in one sitting Sometimes for dinner I would get the family size bag of chips with a jar of cheese dip and eat the entire thing I'm not sure how many Jack in the Box tacos I can eat, but so far 12 is the most I've ordered at one time I've eaten so…
