We had a death in the family and there were 3 days of food brought in. Don't know why, but I guess it is stress, but just ate way too much. We are going to be with family again this week so hopefully I will do better.

I had ice cream st a baseball game 2 nights ago. Went yo a ball game yesterday...had Subway nothing wrong with that but went to Ponderosa after, had chicken, (love their chicken), mashed potatoes, gravy, roll, green beans and 2 helpings of bread pudding. I tracked it but was waaaay over! So far today has been good!

Grocery shopped this morning. This afternoon I dug out TurboJam. Then walked 20 minutes on the treadmill.

I just purchased the FT4 last Sunday. I had the F6 for about 5-6 years and it finally quit working correctly. The FT4 is great. Polar HRM'S are so easy to set up and use. I purchased the pink one!

I have been using MFP for the past few weeks. I think it is one of the easiest ways to log calories and exercise. How does MFP come to how many calories a person needs to use to lose weight? I hope to log in to give and receive inspiration and encouragement
