I'm also in recovery from anorexia (b/p subtype) and I think above all it's important to remember that it is unhealthy to fear a food, not to eat a food. As hard as it is, you need to trust your dietician and eat the full fat dairy etc. A website which I have found very helpful, motivational and informative for my recovery…

Yes, definitely okay! I'd say it's good actually :)

wow, congratulations on all your hard work, you are amazing!

definitely log everything! Even if just to make sure you're getting enough fibre/vitamins etc :)

I was just about to make this exact point. Not only is the advice contradictory, but not helpful for someone recovering from an ED. 1300 is far far too little!

Frozen grapes Slice of toast Porridge/oatmeal (who says it's just for breakfast?) Some raisins/nuts Sugar free jelly

I don't know who I'm rating, but it's a cute picture so I'm going to say 8 :)

I've made it quite a lot. It's nice with other fruit- I put tinned peaches for example in sometimes- you can basically just experiment with whatever your favourite ice cream flavour is. Ripe bananas work best!
