I'm 5'8 wieghing 78kg my goal is 75kg, which may adjust to 72kg, depending on what 75kg looks like. I went down to 72 last year and was told I looked too skinny... It all depends are your body type, since I'm muscular I wiegh more than I look. So right now people think I'm 68kg.

I'm in the same boat!! Week days I'm awesome with my eating habits but weekends I spend in drive throughs or drinking..... Basically I jus workout hard core on weekends because it's just noe possible for me to resist food!!! I love it too much!

I takes alot to burn 1000, you can't all ways reach that goal!! I usually have to spend at least 2 to 3 hours in the gym to burn that much!

I do the same thing, I usually put my food in for the day, and then I know hopw much I have to burn in order to stay within my daily calorie intake.

I'm not sure what to tell you, maybe you need to bump your cals back to 1200 per day.... With cals in vs cals out you should be able to stay under 1200 cals. I hit the gym at least 4 times a week, and burn up to 700 to 1000 calories with cardio, that's not including wieghts. And I eat at least 1500 calories per day, but…
