Everyday. If you skip a day, or two like I did, it sets you back. I read that you should do the workouts at least 12 hours apart.

I suffered this exact same sorness last week after intense circuit training. I had to take 3 days to recover. I read up on way to relieve the pain (ice, heat, salt bath, elevate, rest)... I'm 5'11, I'm not big on what I weight but to be close to what size I was before having my daughter 9 years ago, I should lose about 35 more pounds. I've been working out so I know my muscle will probably weigh more, so I may only need to lose 25-30 pounds of fat :) Add me to your friends if you'd like, I could use more! :)
