Gaining or losing a pound on a daily basis is completely normal. Try not to weigh yourself everyday if you are going to be discouraged by seeing this. Weigh yourself once a week in the morning after going to the bathroom and not eating or drinking anything.

Are you moving your scale and weighing yourself in different spots??? Leave your scale in one place and DO NOT MOVE IT!!! Make sure it is a flat surface and not on the carpet. I have a 10 lb weight that I put on my scale and move it around until it says 10 lbs exactly.

On average my deficit is between 100-300 calories. My base calorie for the day is 1330. I burn 500-700.

On average I'm burning 500-700 calories a day exercising, per my heart rate monitor. I'm doing that 5 days a week. 500-700 calories is A LOT to eat back. Am I doing too much exercise?

I cant eat my exercise. I dont lose weight when I do. Of course I have my bad days whre I do eat them. But do what works for you, so far it seems like you are doing very well without eating them :)

I like doing the plyo and cardio. I am very very uncordinated and I cannot do the kenpo, I tried once, and I can only imagine what I looked like, so I stopped.
