The more I exercise the more I gain
So I amped up my exerice in the last month. I have done nothing but gain weight. I know its not muscle, you dont gain muscle that fast. I measured, I have no lost one single inch. I eat most of my exercise calories, what is happening!?

Has anybody else just been totally exhausted since starting a diet/exercise plan. I have been going to bed at 9:30 -10 and waking up at 7. I usually go to bed at 11 and wake up at 6:30 7. HRM and Calorie tracking watches
Hey everyone, I just wanted to let everyone know that at my local Target in Metro Detroit Michigan, in their clearance section in the sporting goods they had HRM's and calorie tracking watches for only 16.00. The price they had on the watch I got was 22.00 when I got up there it scanned for 15.64!!!!!!
