Hey everyone, just wanted to send a note about a lower calorie peanut butter I have found. I see a lot of people on here that love peanut butter but it is high in calories. Peter Pan Whipped creamy peanut butter is 150 calories for 2 tablespoons and 12 grams of fat , 2 grams of sugar. The lowest I have found before was Skippy Natural which is 190 calories and 16 grams of fat 3 grams of sugar. its very good too! :)

    We just recently switched to Smart Balance PB. It is 190 cals, and 16 fat, but 12g of that fat is Monounsat (the good fat) Just thought I would throw that out to people that need help getting their Omega 3s :-)
