Jari Love's Get Extremely Ripped! 1000

Does anyone use her DVD's? I need something to burn up a lot of calories in a short amount of time and that is fun to do because I get bored very very easily and the treadmill thng for me is not working out very well.

    The Extremely Ripped 1000 is VERY VERY boring. However, it does burn a ton of calories. I just can't ever get myself to do it b/c the cardio is so boring it's like torture. I don't mind the original Ripped 1000 though. Time flies for me in that one...but not as high of a calorie burn (still good though).

    Try Fight Cellulite Fast by Chris Freytag (or any of her dvds for that matter). Her choreography is simple, fun, to the point and what I love about it is that its low impact without sacrificing intensity. I usually burn about 650 calories in an hour.
