I hope it is ok to bump something form a year ago. I was doing a search for agava, and this is the only post that came up. I realized that my agava listed 60 calories per tablespoon, and I thought that was pretty high.
After reading this article, I have decided to dump my tea down the drain. I want some tea, but I am out of raw honey. Hmm.....might just use my organic vanilla creamer. This article makes me think that there is nothing I can sweeten my tea with. I really only have one cup a day. The rest of the day I drink water.0
