I will have 415 cals left after my workout tonight! I will get home around 9:30pm. I don't want to eat that many cals before I go to bed! What should I do??

I wouldn't worry about it too much if it's just tonight.
If it's an everyday thing though I would suggest having a bigger breakfast! Or snack on some nuts through the day(:

It's not that big of a deficit, so you should be fine :)

a handful of brazil nuts will get you halfway there, i had 10 the other day just as a nibble and was shocked to find they equaled 200 calories

Peanut butter is a great way to rack up calories but it's healthy too. Or eat a couple of servings of high calorie nuts or cheese. Both are great about adding a bunch of calories but still being healthy and not too filling.
