I have recently been doing the workout videos, but how would we track that for the workout? Any suggestions?

I used to just kinda guess what it was... but the best way is to actually buy a HRM to count your calories.

Is it cardio, strength or yoga?? U can enter it as cardiovascular and type one of the above and it will give u an estimate based on the info u enter about u.

Depends on what kind of video it is. I'm doing Jillian's ripped in 30 and logging it as vigorous calisthenics, because thats basically what her moves are.

HRM is going to be the only way to get the most "accurate" number. The rest are just calculators to get you close.
  • Make sure you get a heart rate monitor that has a chest strap. Those are the most accurate. :)

I do Zumba and I log it in as Aerobic High Impact but hopefully I can get a HRM soon and can log it in as Zumba.
