I'm actually not new here at all but I thought I could do this by myself without worrying about posting here...but it seems that I just can't do it alone. I'm 18, in college, and I'm pretty active but no matter what I do, I can't seem to lose those few pounds I don't want. My weight fluctuates between 130 and 135 pretty consistently--I can never get it to stick anywhere for too long. All I've wanted for a few years now is to weigh 125 or below because I used to weigh that much and I never felt better. But I exercise, and I eat pretty healthily...I just don't really know why I'm not losing the weight. So I finally joined the message boards...tada! Add me as a friend and maybe if I have people to answer to, I'll be more committed to keeping this food diary!

A lot of people think they eat very little until they add all their food into thier diary and realize they have been over eating. By adding your food into your diary you can see how many calories your actually taking in, so good start!0

Welcome to the family! Haven't checked to see if your diary is public, but if you're serious about trimming down - I hear the last 10 lbs are the hardest to lose! Congrats on staying healthy thus far. Anyway, make sure you are eating very clean, and watch your sugars!0
